Life2Go creates a workout and nutrition schedule based on your age, gender and physical measurements. I was approached by Ryan Whitham to collaborate on Life2Go. Due to budget constraints, I did not end up developing the back end but did accept the project as a front end developer. In addition, the scale of the project required outsourcing to programmers in India. It quickly became one of the most diverse collaborative projects that I have had the pleasure to work on.
Having lots of creative freedom, Life2Go became the most cutting-edge web application I’ve been a part of. Collaborating with overseas programmers proved to be very demanding and I often found myself communicating with the firm in the middle of the night. As the front end developer, I was responsible for pushing the limits of the user interface and ended up creating some fairly unique solutions. The application has been optimized for all major browsers on all major platforms.
A public version has been launched branded as VitalizeU.
